I have been here for 3 years now and I have no complaints. Any maintenance issues I have had were resolved in a timely manner. Office staff have always been courteous and professional.

I've not been here long, but find the office staff extremely friendly and helpful. I submitted work requests twice, one very simple and one more extensive, and both were taken care of immediately and successfully. I'm pleased that the trash compactor area is kept clean and the grounds are well-cared for. I like the fact that smoke alarm batteries are automatically replaced so I don't have to think about it. I'm pleased with how much easy-access parking is available, not only for me but also for... guests. I like the security of a gated community, and the fact that the office will accept packages. I've not used the pool, exercise room, or community areas yet but having them available is great. Apartment living is still new to me, and so far I find Berkeley Lake checks all the boxes.

I enjoy the property. The apartment is very spacious, neighborhood is quiet, and everyone is friendly. I love the location, easy access to everything.

I have lived here for 5 years and intend to remain a tenant as long as I am able. This a small bedroom community with lovely people and a wonderful staff. It is also very convenient to every kind of shopping imaginable. If you have children this is one of the best school districts in Atlanta. I would love to see more people making this there forever home.
