DO NOT MOVE HERE. Management is terrible. Maintenance didn’t fix anything. Rent is expensive. They fixed up the neighborhood but not the units.

I’ve been here for the last 2years. and has seen Nothing but LOTS Of changes done to the property.
However. I can say it’s always easy to tune yourself into the noise around you as far as some people in their reviews.
The on-site manager was not only very helpful but also professional and understanding. And also the maintenance staff definitely gets a five star from me
. This is definitely a property you and your family should consider.

This is the absolutely the worst management company ever and I will tell anyone and everyone that this is the worst place. None of the amenities are available ever because they have closed them all. The maintenance department is great but the rest is horrible. I hope nobody falls for your crap about a pool because it's never open and the gym is always closed. On top of the bathrooms for the pool never open. Not sure what good to say except the maintenance guys are great.
They have so many... issues. Including dead trees falling and many more that will come down soon looking at them. Dangerous.... Please don't be fooled by the advertisement. This place is way over priced and not what you want to get into. I hope this helps because this is the worst decision I've ever made
