They never wanted to open pool. They raise rent without notice and never want to fix anything. It took them 2 months to fix our AC. Toilets were always flooding. The dumpster area is always full.. trash everywhere. You’re paying a mortgage to stay somewhere that brings no benefit to you, just problems. Someone broke into the my neighbors car and it’s always something happening. New management every year and they all Suck.

Worst apartment complex I have ever lived in
I have had so many bad experiences with maintenance and the rent office. They have changed management and owners so many times and this is my 3rd year here. I can not wait to close on a house next year to get the heck out of here. The first unit I was in ended up having mice. They could care less and I had to keep complaining and taking pictures. I was about to just move out and break my lease until the manager finally said she will move me into a different unit. She acted like she was doing... me a favor and had an attitude about the whole situation. Moving in here my 1st year was hell. The manager at the time kept changing my move in date because they were so behind with painting and putting down my carpet. They still didnt paint..they only spot painted. It looked terrible. Also they had a broken toilet in the downstairs bathroom. It took them forever to replace the toilet. How do you let someone move in when something is broken??? Then the tub was not even fixed properly....it was peeling and they never came to fix it. My air also went out in the summer and they took over a week to come fix it. They were never in the rent office and they never answered the phone. They never fixed my account to where I could pay my rent online so it was a job trying to find out when they were in the office every month just so I could pay my rent. This 1st year they had two owners and 2 or 3 managers. When I was transferred to the new unit the floors were coming up and I'm just being told they will not fix them. I've been asking them about these floors since I transferred into this unit over a year ago. If they were done right in the 1st place..I would not be in this situation. I'm just so over this place and its always something. I wish I never even looked at this neighborhood and I can't wait to go.

ROACHES, ROACHES,and more ROACHES
This was my first apt when I moved to GA. They lured me cherry cabinets and high end finishings to only end up living a nightmare when I got my keys. The floors are super weak and you could literally see the ceiling moving if anybody was upstairs . The roaches are completely out of control . They were coming out from the cabinets, inside the stove , crawling through the burners while cooking, all inside of my appliances which I had to throw away, then they started crawling all over me & my... daughter beds . I pleaded with mgmt to bring someone to the apartment other than solution pest control to get rid of pest control as I was on time paying tenets, I happened to be home once when extermination was being done and the lazy guy just came and sprayed behind fridge and was going to leave had I not followed him around the entire apartment to ensure he did his job. Trust me when I say only move here unless you really desperate and homeless

Look elsewhere
There is constantly trash around the dumpster outside, maintenance is horrible and never fixed anything. I have mold on the ceiling in my bathroom and the paint is peeling. The guy came and cleaned the ceiling off and when I asked about the peeling paint he told me to peel it off myself! The A/C is horrible upstairs in the summer! There is barely anything blowing and I have complained numerous times but nothing has really been done to rectify it. There is a bug problem and the exterminator doesnt... do much to rectify or look for the source of the problem. You cant pay rent online because the online portal is constantly down. At one point I paid a couple times with money orders and one of the money orders mysteriously vanished. The owner claims someone broke in and they have yet to update my ledger showing that I dont owe them money! Apparently there was quite a bit of money that went missing a couple months ago because they put late notices on at least 80% of the properties doors! And they were saying we hadn't paid rent months prior! I'd that's the case why hadn't they kicked any of us out! The property manager is very shady, he lies right to your face and couldnt care less if he is treating his tenants poorly! I plan on moving out when my lease is up. Apparently there are plenty other tenants whose issues are way worse than mine. Bottom line, keep your money and look elsewhere!

Beware!! Stay away!!
I would like to give it zero stars but since I must choose...I moved into this community thinking that it was nice and well kept and safe. After moving in I've realized that they hide they cover the real issues with nice floors and cherry wood cabinets. The maintenance in the community is horrible. They take forever to get to the issue, after calling several times after a few weeks they will finally come and cover the issue instead of fixing it so when the problem arises again a few weeks... later it's like pulling teeth to get them back out just to not fix the problem. There have been units that have had mold issues including mine, none working dishwashers that back up water and won't drain, pest problems that don't go away, trash on the outside of the buildings and tenants not dumping their trash inside the dumpsters but on the outside of the dumpsters. My unit along with the units next to mine have flooded twice and there have been floods in other buildings as well. There have been three instances when all the tenants were without water for hours with no notification that the water would be cut off, especially being that water is included in the rent. There is a electricity shortage upstairs in my bedroom that they still haven't repaired so I am without lighting up there and upon speaking with a neighbor she's have the same issue. I've dealt with a threatening neighbor that felt entitled to a certain parking spot although there is no assigned parking, and I received death threats from this neighbor about this situation that was witnessed by the leasing manager and nothing was done about it but asking me to please move my car since she feels so passionate about that space. Water and mud rises up in front of my unit when it rains and they see it and promises to fix it but haven't. And this is just a small portion of the issues going on there. I would advise anyone considering this community to please do your research and find another place of residence because you will be miserable here, it's nothing at all what it appears to be.
