I used to like this place, The manager that was here first was real respectful and made sure my mother and me was happy and satisfied. This place has change to the worst now. So over look my last comments on here I'm L.H. M.Z. It took 3 days to fix my outside air unit. My roof leaked twice I had 2 floods in the apartment from the sewage. They have sorry Managers and they can't keep maintenance men for 10.00 a hour. Don't get me wrong really nice area to stay, but these apartments inside have a... lot of problems, I moved here and I had a used fridge and used dish washer and stove and the floors was pealing. I grantee you will see a U haul truck here almost every other month moving out and moving in. They take care of the outside instead of the inside, It takes days maybe weeks for a maintenance man to come by and look at what the problem is. And the number stays busy and you end up with the 24 hour service.

I absolutely love it here. The office staff is very helpful and knowledgeable of the property. Maintenance is great as soon as you hang up they are there. Most of all what I enjoy most is the quietness. This is a definitely a "Great Place to Call Home"...

It's not worth the hassle!
My company utilizes apartments for our technicians who are working in the field for 9-18 months. I had a technician stay here and the experience was awful. Not only did they change management companies, they moved the leasing office to another site, and I would never speak to the same person. They are unprofessional in the office and difficult to get answers from. My technicians work outside in the heat and come back to the air-conditioning never working. I filed several maintenance requests and... I received an automated email saying the AC was fixed, but it never got below 79 in the apartment. We had to call an outside pest control to treat for roaches, even though the apartment has "pest control". The apartment had to collect the fire extinguishers in the apartments which is absolutely understandable, however they were inflexible with when/where they were dropped off and picked up. If you're not there during office hours you can't get anything done. I struggled finding someone in the office who cares about any issues. We were happy to cut our lease short and find another place to stay. If your looking for a place to live this is NOT it!!

no just NO!
I lived at the ashford/vineyard villas (name change due to management change)for a year and very long stories short: there was a stain on my carpet from the previous resident in one of the bedrooms that I was promised was going to either be removed or the carpet was going to be replaced before I even moved in and that never happened. So i never used my second bedroom even though I was paying for 2 bedrooms and I was neeevvverr offered a discount on my rent. They have a pretty bad bug problem... even with them sending out an exterminator. I moved out in October which took everything in me (I threatened to break my lease like 7 months in but they said they would charge me) and my problems are still not over. It's now december and I have yet to get my refund which the amount that they are refunding me is ridiculous because I left my home in better condition than it was given to me in. I have called every bit of 15 times since I got the email regarding my refund and I promise I've only spoken with an actual staff member at this location maybe twice and they say they'll look into it and give me a call back in 15 minutes and obviously I've never gotten a callback and all the other times I get their answering service. It doesn't matter when I call, at 9,9:30,12,3:45, or 4:22 THEY NEVER ANSWER! i almost feel like they have my number blocked if that's possible so i end up calling their sister property vineyard place and that goes nowhere also. I regret the day I moved into this place, yes the location is good and the price is amazing but I will never recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy because they don't care about they're residents even though it says it on the sign when u drive in. Thank God I moved out, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else to live.

Larry Hughes
Hello: I'm Larry Alex Hughes Jr. I stay with my mother Mary Zadesky which is ( 61 )yrs old. which is the best mother ever in the world. in these townhouse apartments. I'm 37 years old and we have moved back to the original apartment that we have stayed in before. The reason we moved back is because of my job, bank, Kroger, gas station and pawnshop is around the block I work right across the street at the School Bus yard, I'm school bus monitor. We don't have any transportation at all and my... mother can't not walk like she used to, so i have to walk everywhere that's why I stay with her. The apartment we stay is a 3 star, that's my opinion. i wondering since I told you my my family story, I was hoping we an win for life.
