A major issue is the lack of responsibility among pet owners, resulting in dog waste being left around the property. The second entrance is unreliable and often non-functional, with no signage to indicate whether it's working. Another downside is the absence of recreational facilities like tennis or... pickleball courts for adults. Great place with good maintainance services, close to many stores and a very diverse community. Apartment well being monthly 2 social activities is like icing on the cake.
