Once I moved they billed me for still residing there when they knew I HAD ALREADY moved out. old broken appliances, roaches all over the place. gate is always broken. not worth the MONEY . STAY AWAY.

The office staff and maintenance are friendly. I enjoy the location and school district.

My frustration escalated when the leasing office displayed double standards in handling rent payments. While they accepted a partial rent payment via check for December, they adamantly refused a similar arrangement for January, citing an inability to run partial payments. This inconsistency, coupled with threats of dispossessory and eviction, has created unnecessary stress and financial strain.
