This is the most horrible place to live. They have an infestation of bugs, the dumpsters are always overflowing where people’s children have just thrown trash bags anywhere and the apartment has been painted over so many times the kitchen cabinets don’t even close. The ceiling leaking for 3 months until they finally got it fixed. The exterminator came every week for 7 months, it was child’s play! I even had roaches in the dead of winter. The children play right in the middle of the street. They... don’t care about cars, they walk right in front of them. The neighbors let their children bang, slam and holler all night ( since they’re virtual from COVID). This evening all the way to 3am!!! I called the hotline to request they quiet down, that was a joke!!! Could just be the unit I live it, but they had no problem knocking on your door telling you “Oh you’re too loud!” I wish I could Sue this place and get all my money back. The distress, annoyances and filth I’ve had to deal with I mine as well be living outside. The best thing about the apartment, the management and grounds workers were never rude. Unfortunately, that doesn’t make an unsanitary place, habitual. Save your money and pay more rent to not just be comfortable but at peace.
