Been here since March & ready to move!
Do not move here. I've been here since March and from day 2 I've been having issues. The walls are THIN and you can hear almost everything your neighbor says and every footstep they take if they stomp or run. I've contacted the leasing office about noise from my neighbors and it seems like they don't care at all. What I'm usually told is that, "This is a multi family unit apartment," etc., like that's not obvious. The only time it seems as though they care about noise is if it's between 10pm-7am... . Imagine working from home or coming home from work to disruptive neighbors. I was supposed to get a $300 move-in credit because they messed up with my move-in process and it never happened. There is mold in the apartment. The best thing about this place is maintenance and that it's only 7 mins off of the highway. Do not move here. The prices are okay but you will be paying for loss of peace. I cannot wait to move.

Current Resident - Pros and Cons
I currently live here.
Pros:
The leasing office is so great and the workers are amazing, kind, courteous, and very helpful. Most office workers I've met in the past are not 1% as wonderful as the ones here.
Maintenance is quick and competent.
The leasing office often hosts fun events for the residents and they're really fun and cute! I love going to them!
Now for the cons:
-There is no laundry facility here. Which is fine but this Apartments.com listing states that there is and that's... just not true. There is in-unit washer/dryer hookup and it has to be a stacked unit only. Azuma offers $65/month washer/dryer rental, though. That's what I have.
-There is a $100/month "amenities fee" which I have never previously encountered before. To be honest, I have no idea what we're being charged for. The amenities are fine, only fine. It's about to be June and the pool still hasn't opened so I can't speak on that. The gym is only open during office hours so you can't even use it if you have a full time job (except for on saturdays). And the last time I went to the tennis court, it was closed? This was during the daytime and the tennis court looked fine so I'm confused as to why it was closed. Overall, 1/3 of the amenities are actually accessible and even then, very limited. So ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS every single month feels like robbery if I'm being honest.
-You are charged $37 each time you pay rent online. This is pure greed on the corporation's part and it truly upsets me. I have nothing further to say on the matter.
Overall, this is a great complex in a surprisingly bikeable area. Not a bad area at all and the leasing agents are a delight. But the fees and lack of amenities are a big turn off. 50/50 chance that I renew my lease

Returning resident
I’m a returning resident and keyounia was very helpful and welcoming, she walked me step by step through everything, At first I thought she was the Property manager but later on leant that she was only the assistant manager. The Property manager is never in the office by the way . Ask for keyounia if you decide on renting at Tara Bridge .

Awesome place to live!
The staff are SO professional and helpful, my favorites of course are Maria and Kiana! Any questions, comments, or concerns they will are on it! Maintenance is super fast and they keep the property so clean! Lastly, I feel so safe as the gate is always functional! If it breaks it is taken care of by the next business day! I would absolutely recommend this property company to anyone!!!
