14 SixtyFive is Kennesaw's newest boutique living experience built for students to enjoy a charming and fashionable lifestyle with all the modern comfort.With easy access to the university and top-of-the-line amenities, your college experience will be defined by before and after you lived at 14 SixtyFive. All of our prices are per person so you only have to pay for your own portion. All prices include all utilities except for electric and includes access to all of our top-of-the-line amenities, including: -Quiet and Collaborative Study Lounge -Active/Retro Gaming Lounge -24 Hour Fitness Center -Study Rooms on Every Floor -In-Pool Tanning Deck -Resort-Style Pool What does boutique-style mean? We're glad you asked! We are a boutique-style community because of our size. Most other student communities at KSU have over 600 residents (most have 800-900) and we will only have 241 residents in TOTAL! This means a much more personalized experience for all of our residents here at 14 SixtyFive. Interested in us hosting a certain type of resident event or doing a certain giveaway? We'll be able to take your suggestions into much more consideration! We plan to have frequent resident events to help everyone meet each other and foster a great sense of community. Boutique-style also means higher quality living like having things such as 65" smart TVs in every single unit and garden soaker tubs in each bathroom. Want to learn more?
