This place is terrible. When I first moved in I let the girl who calls herself "property manager" that I was a student, who works and was wondering about the safety and if the neighborhood was quiet. She assured me that people tend to stay to themselves and it is very quiet in the neighborhood. SHE LIED. When I first moved in it was quiet but then I realized there was a trap house right next door to me! Constant traffic, different cars, different guys "hanging out" around my door. Then they... either moved out or got kicked out. So the so called "property manager" moved in another family, come to find out she was beyond LOUD. She either brought roaches into her apartment with her, or she had roaches, but either way I lived on top of her and I got roaches of all different sizes, shapes, and colors. I have never seen so many different kinds of roaches before in my life. Rest assured I am a very clean, neat person and never leave food out, and always take my trash out. The roaches would just come still even after I got the best of the best roach spray from Home Depot, it still was not enough. Furthermore, I came home to realize that my door had been tampered with like someone tried to break in. I told the "property manger" which she acted very nonchalant about the situation almost like I was bothering her. I told her to notify me of when someone would be in my apartment, which she failed to do which I came home to my front door (the back door was the one that was tampered with) being unlocked! This was completely unacceptable to me, which I said something to the "property manager" and she still had a nonchalant attitude about it. Furthermore, the grounds are not well maintained, there are WILD cats everywhere. It is trashy here, people do not go to work, or have any respect for other resident's property or the fact that some people actually need rest at night. There would always be kids in the neighborhood (especially if it is hot outside) running around screaming, yelling, and crying. Since there is no area for kids to go outside and play, they play with whatever they can get their hands on outside, including the electrical meters, which I have seen first hand some kids in the neighborhood messing with. This is a terrible apartment complex. For this to have been my first apartment living out on my own, I wish I would have made the decision and moved somewhere else. Rent is too high for all these issues to occur. If you can, steer clear of this place.
