The roaches made our apartment unlivable, pest control came out on multiple occasions but nothing ever changed. They were everywhere. Eventually I just had to break my lease and leave. They let me out of my lease when they saw I had pictures off all the roaches.

Highly Disappointed
First when I was taken on a tour of my apartment the apartment was not your ready! They had to replace a shower rod, closet light, and fix my toilet seat. Plus the freezer door was missing a shelf and has yet to be replaced. Then once we moved in somehow our gate cards that we were given did not work. They never answer their phones and in person they are not as friendly and professional as they should be. Now my fiancé and I have been involved in a head on collision and I have not been... discharged. My gate key card was left in my totaled out car and I have been informed we are being charged for a new gate card…

If it has King Management managing it RUN AWAY
They are very unprofessional, every property they manage they hire thieves and then try to charge you for moving. You can call their office and they will ignore your calls. They will LIE LIE and LIE. King Management are money milkers and anyone who chooses them to manage their property is too. King Management needs to be shut down.

Roaches, Roaches, and more Roaches!
This place has steadily declined. The present management team is awful, they enter your apartment unannounced, the roaches run rampant, and the crime has started to rise. My neighbor’s car was stolen from in front of the apartment building. That’s when we learned that the complex doesn’t have security cameras. The dark parking lot doesn’t help either.
