Once an applicant is selected and they sign a lease and pay the deposit, we will refund the application fee to the applicants that did not have a credit check performed.

Small and intimate community, where the management and residents know each other. No drama, quiet, and no loitering. Gated and safety taken seriously. Very little turnover.
