I recently went for a viewing of a couple of units on this property and OMG! I absolutely not only loved the units I saw (even the ones that wasn't finish) I also loved the energy. These apartments are privately owned which is unheard of today and the office/property manager actually lives on the property. I love that. I saw the owner myself painting and putting his energy into the unit. That shows how much love they have for their property and future residents. My current lease doesn't end... until the end of January and I am praying they will have a unit available at that time because I loved the property. The gates stay secured and the property itself is in the cut. It was quiet, clean, safe and affordable. My name is Candy, I would love to be not only a resident but also a asset! Best kept secret in East Cobb.
Small and intimate community, where the management and residents know each other. No drama, quiet, and no loitering. Gated and safety taken seriously. Very little turnover.
