Moved in a little over a month ago no issues at all the office staff is great and extremely helpful every last one of them.
Maintenance staff are very efficient. Moved in like a day after the previous tenants moved out place was spotless. The dryer in the apartment was shorted a little they replaced the whole unit within 30 minutes.

The property is not well build it was just slapped together with no foundation. It’s frogs that’s on your porch. The street light that they still haven’t fixed since they opened and that I have constantly mentioned to the staff over and over again. You can literally hear everything that your neighbors doing. I have worked in customer service for many years, with that being said I was very disappointed with the Springs of McDonough. I had been trying to call everyday for over a week to try to get additional information on their two bedrooms. I was never successful at reaching anyone via phone. So i decided to leave work early on a Tuesday afternoon in hopes of touring the community and taking a look at an apartment.

When I walked in the office I was immediately impressed by the office, It is very... beautiful! However, the staff was not friendly at all. I was not greeted by anyone. When I asked about taking a tour I was told they had nothing to show me, I wasn't even offered to see the community or any of the amenities. Honestly, I felt that by being there I was inconveniencing the staff.

From what I was able to see, the apartment community looked beautiful but based on the bad vibe I was getting from the staff I decided to look elsewhere. It was very disappointing, especially since I was very interested in getting an apartment there. Read More

This place is just like the rest except for the price.i don’t see how they can charge so much for these places the only thing that stands out about this place is it being new other than that they’re just like the rest. If you find something cheaper go there because the price you pay here is not worth it. I’m definitely leaving after my lease is up. I wish I could give it a zero.

It’s always very clean and anytime you go to the leasing office they are always willing to help. Even the maintenance guys are so nice and quick about responding to your request. I love where I live.
