Full of roaches children rum rampant all day and night. Playground is broken down. People in breezeway all night long smoking weed. If you have no where to live it’s perfect for you. But if you have options run away and don’t look back.

I have lived here almost 3 years and has enjoyed my stay! The community is small and kid friendly. The leasing office staff/manager is excellent. They work very diligently to accommodate you and provide everything that you need. Maintenance is always 1 call away and always fixes any problem that you need in a timely and professional manner. This place is roach invested. The apartment is not modern. The landscape is only up kept near the leasing office. There are always a group of kids either in the stairwells or parking lot. There is one maintaince man who lives on the premises. Don't know his purpose because he never fixes anything. Always has a money saving quick fix scheme and will leave the mess he made after the repair. I would give this place a 0 if I could, run don't walk away.

I have been living here for just over a year now, and I could not be happier. This apartment complex is such a nice, and beautifully maintained property. I also absolutely love, that they are near so many great places to shop, and eat, and some are even within walking distance.

The grounds are very important to this community. It's wonderful to have the entrance to our homes clean of debris and falling leaves. The management has a way of trying to keep the Willow Chase Family safe and always asking for any suggestions. The management tries to keep the youngsters busy and in order. Having the on site maintenance is reassuring to the residents. Lighting in the parking areas is a great sense of security for residents who are coming in at night.
