I have lived 6/7 years and never been a problem .. some of these have bugs/roaches and cabins are old , out dated , the carpet need to be replace every 4/5 years which I got for living room but the upstairs need to be replace . The front door is weak cuz when it rains water gets thru the front door !!! It’s quite around here usually . The office really don’t answer the phone at all . I have been calling for about a week and no one is answering the phone. You would think they would seeing as how they need more tenants but no they literally just don’t pick up the phone and Saturday they were suppose to be open from 10-4 but no one was there all day

I applied on the company website. I received everything but what my deposit was. I went through their entire process. I didn’t hear anything from them so I called, the manager gave me the run around twice. I finally got in touch with him again he said I had to pay the fee that was waived for my app fee. I said excuse me, he said you have to come in and fill out an application. He said they do not use the website. Unorganized

Ms. Tara is so sweet , she made sure everything was taken care of prior to me moving in today . Everything is clean in my 2 bedroom 1.5 bath , I look forward to staying here . Thanks again Ms. Tara
