I really like Regal Forest, the staff is nice and loving and the neighborhood is clean and crime free.

Honest review

The staff here is friendly BUT EXTREMELY slow with repairs to anything. They have one maintenance guy who is very polite but I believe he is overwhelmed. It takes between three weeks to three months to get anything fixed... No exaggeration. I really appreciate how nice the leading agent is. She has some type of relationship with all of the residents and does her best to assist when she can.

My Crib

where i live is directely behind the university where i live and where i attend college. The landlord is great and the stores where i get things are walking distance. I have been here 1 year and dont plan on moving. The rent is affordable and crime rate here is at a all time low. Im grateful.
