Went up to the place to ask some questions and see if i can schedule a tour or fill out a application.
First: it took a solid 5 minutes for anyone acknowledge that i was in the building.
Second: The lady working looked angry that i had walked in.
The first think she asked me was how much I made a month then said I make too much to live here and told me to look somewhere else.

I couldn’t get in contact with anyone. I emailed and called and left messages and no one ever got back to me. It really sucks because it is in the perfect area for work and I was super excited for my first apartment.

I was so scared to apply, but Ms. Bessie and Kim made me felt very comfortable during this process. I will move in on 10/31/19. I am looking forward to move to this beautiful property.

It’s been almost 2 months since I applied. I haven’t heard anything from the leasing agent. A complete waist of time and effort. I will look else where! It’s sad that they are already giving this newly developed complex a bad name.
