I wanted to thank the local team for assisting me with a recent relocation from North Carolina to 3500 The Vine. It's a great community, big pool, surrounded with shopping and great restaurants and more importantly love the value I'm getting. I recommend living here.

If i could give this place zero stars i would.
I am a single woman, they put me at terrace level in the back. Not only that but its sooooo many bugs. I had millipedes coming through my carpet, lizards , roaches you name it. My sink was broken i complained nothing was done until the piped busted and my apt was flooded.even after that They did not let me switch units. The cabinets are out dated and bugs love them.there was mold in my tub. Dont move here. Its a step above being homeless. Leasing sucks and no one wants to work there.

JUST DON'T
Poor communication, RUDE Staff, gross apartments (everything is just painted over), OLD appliances, Bugs, danagerous (police were there all the time). Drug use and no one does anything; so apartments just smell like POT all the TIME.
JUST GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Beware - dangerous crowd lives here
I am not having a good experience here. The property is okay. However, I have very strange neighbors. They are homebodies that do drugs and other strange things that are suspicious. It's hard to give details without sounding crazy but suffice it to say I've been unable to live in my unit as I'm not myself when I'm there and feel possessed. I gave my 3 month notice after 1 month. I still have to pay a large fee for ending the lease early as management wouldn't negotiate despite the strangeness of... the situation. I'm learning there are not good people in certain parts of Metro Atlanta and convinced there exists a satanic cult living in apartment properties across the area that do strange things to people. I am sincere when I say you are better off staying away from 3500 The Vine as they are here. Management is unaware and perhaps doesn't care. I will say Mary the manager has been fairly polite and responsive but defers everything to courtesy officers as if they can solve everything. This cult is secretive, which has made my life very dark since living here. This review is turning into a PSA. Please know there are secretive, evil people in ATL apartments. If something doesn't feel right about your unit, it may not be you and perhaps you're better off leaving as soon as you can. It's not worth the stress and money. Otherwise, if you're really trying to live here, visit the very unit you plan to lease before signing. If it doesn't feel right, don't bother. At the very least, stay away from bldg 94. Oddly enough, Jamarius, the guy who pushed me to move into the unit I am in, has been strangely unresponsive through all the correspondence I've made with the office. Neighbors aside, some general things. The interior is okay with dark hardwood floors, carpet in the bedroom. The exterior is pretty run down. There is maintenance or construction done at least every other week, which can be a nuisance especially when they can't get the time right for when the water will be off. I do like that for 1 BR bldgs, there's a laundry room on the top floor with 1 washer & 1 dryer. At most, you're climbing 2 flights of stairs to do laundry. However, it's not cheap at $1.85 per load plus $3 for the laundry card. Overall, I would not recommend this community as there's no telling if your neighbor is part of this weird cult or not. If you must, please visit the unit beforehand. If it doesn't feel right, stay away. Otherwise, proceed with caution.

The worst place ever lived in my life in 56 years
Every month there’s a extra charge for 30 $40 . They charge you for pest control never come out and spray ever it floods on the regular and just for a pilot light your gas is almost $200 a month remember pilot light they nickel and dime you when it’s time to pay the lease . The other residence with animals allow their dogs to use the bathroom anywhere and not pick it up. They’ll be at 100% wrong and we’re never admit to it just worst place roaches infested with spiders
