In the year we lived there, the place changed management four times and owners at least once. Everything is old with a coat of cheap paint on it. the balconies are falling apart as well as any other wooden steps/ramps. the longest running office staff worried more about sending out pointless emails once or twice a week reminding people of community rules instead of enforcing them. they also essentially was paying people to give them good reviews with money off their rent because the place is so... ran down and mismanaged. between the drug/drunk people playing music or fighting all times of the night or the DEI staff. I suggest a different place.

A Wonderful Place to live
I have lived here for about six years now, What A WONDERFUL and safe place to live. I would not live any where else. The Management and Staff is the very best. They are right on top of everything Day OR Night.

Park Lake
This place has 2 pools, a place to wash your car, and fantastic staff!! If anything needs fixing, they are on top of it! I'm very happy I found this place. Quiet and clean. My little slice of sanity!!!

RAT INFESTATION!!!!!!
I have shown video of GOPHER RATS IN MY APARTMENT to the staff and management here and they told me that I was hallucinating even after the actual video of the rats. This apartment complex is very unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend anyone renting from here unless your willing to live with critters.
