The plumbing beneath the buildings is always flooded. Black mold grows in the walls and ceilings. I witnessed a shooting from the comfort of my living room in this neighborhood. The communication amongst the revolving door of management and ownership is so poor that long-standing issues will never be resolved. If you’re looking here for any period of time, good luck.

I just moved to this community about a month ago and so far it's been great! The office staff is super helpful and the few work orders I did have were taken care of promptly. I would definitely recommend this community....and the neighbors are awesome!

If you're looking for something simple and convenient Timberland is a great pick. However there were a few downfalls depending on what you are willing to put up with. The trees will cover your car in pine needles and maybe even some small limbs when it storms. There's not very good security there when it comes to safety. However there was no crime at all when I resided there. The application is a bit tricky get a FULL understanding before deciding to make this your home. Maintenance was great!... Rooms were decently sized. Overall not a bad area.
