Very

Do not waste your time moving here. They don’t fix anything on time but always harassing you for the rent. They are very unprofessional. Also the apartments have bug problems. It’s not worth it.

No Maintains

I been here for a few years and since I been here my apartment has flooded several times when it rains heavy. Also they don't fix nothing around here and I have a lot things in my apartment that need fixing. They use to have the maintains guys they had here before used to come fix things here and now since the new manager took over you don't see any of them. I told them about the problems in my apartment awhile back and no one still haven't came to fix things here. Plus, the water bill is... ridiculous. They don't bill you on how much you used, they bill you on how many unit your apartment have like if you have three bedroom apartment your bill is ninety dollars and it will stay like that every month no matter how much you used. Don't live here! You are setting yourself up for a disaster and disappointment.
