I only gave it a 1 star because that was the lowest I could go. I moved in on Oct 25 2023 and out on February 9 2024, these apartments need to be shut down! I was building 568 and the WHOLE building is INFESTED WITH RATS! BIG RATS MEDIUM RATS AND BABY RATS! The property let me out of my lease because I had the pictures and videos to prove it. Code enforcement does nothing!! I’ve had issues every month the little time I lived there. I’ll sleep on a raft floating on the ocean before I step foot on... any property that’s owned by the management! I set up a camera with rat poison in the kitchen and was DISGUSTED when I watched the footage . I caught over 11 rats on the traps I set up

Slow to respond
I really wanted to get into this place but the process was too long to wait. It was probably best because I paid a more money for a better place and atmosphere.

Made me feel right at home
I am very pleased with my experience from start to finish. The Leasing Mgr. Brittney was very informative & kept me updated throughout the process. I got my keys & most definitely would recommend tho community to my friends & family.

GUN VIOLENCE EVERY SINGLE DAY??
Management KNOWS I’m not lying! Check with the local sheriffs office! They frequently visit us! RATS, ROACHES, SPIDERS AND GNATS will be your roommates! I’m breaking my lease!! Why pay y’all!? I haven’t payed in 11months because I never signed up to live with rodents!! I only wish you can post pictures here!
