Shootings

There are shootings here all the time. I have lived here for 8 months. there was a shoot out outside my apartment. Bullet came through my bedroom wall, shattered my TV. Now they want me to pay rent, give a 30 day notice to move, not refund my security deposit. And go through my renters insurance to get a new TV. The management has no heart, they could less that I fear for my life. The gates are NEVER locked. Drive in yourself and see. Oh and they pool is just for show, it is never open. If you... value your own life, do not move here.

Terrible Staff

Absolutely unprofessional staff. Pool and gym NEVER open. Furniture is always all over the streets and trash ridiculously overfull; just absolutely disgusting.
