We had a couple of issues with replacing our garbage disposal and our heating was not warming up our apartment. Brad came through and dissected the situation both times, and educated me on heating elements as well as his team. I really appreciated his very kind, calm demeanor. Job well done at Windsor Sugarloaf.

Just wanted to say after spending quite a few years here that the management and maintenance team are absolutely fantastic. Any time I have needed something over the years everyone has been extremely helpful and quick to respond.

I faced a challenging situation with a neighbor who was violating the no-smoking policy, but thanks to the office’s prompt and efficient response, the issue was resolved smoothly. Moving forward, I believe that continuing to enforce the no-smoking policy stated in the lease agreement is crucial for maintaining the safety and comfort of the community. I would greatly appreciate more proactive management in this area.

Kelly is very friendly and listens to the residents.
Even if I ask her to do something annoying, like make a copy, she always smiles and fulfills my request. She is the best manager.
