Have just moved in this year and so far it’s great! The leasing agents and maintenance staff are absolutely fantastic, always prompt attending to any of our questions or concerns. The location is pretty good as well traffic not too bad if heading toward Fayetteville for work or children’s school, shopping center not too far either.

Deerhaven is a new modern take on rental living. I appreciate the modern housing, the friendly staff, as well as having your own personal parking, garage and yard space. I feel like a home owner without the mortgage.
