If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I lived at Chatham Parke for two years and it was the best decision. Joyce and the rest of the staff are amazing! The property was always so quiet and pristine. There was never any trash and the community amenities were top notch. I had such an enjoyable experience at Chatham Parke and if you are in the market for an apartment in the Middle Georgia area, Chatham Parke should be the only option on your list. Highly recommend!!
