Completely Remodeled 2.4 Million Dollar Plus Beach House! Situated on the best part of Ewa Beach this 4bd/3ba home boasts Diamond Head, Ocean, City Lights, Mountains, Sunrise, and Sunset views! Both upstairs bedrooms have their own private bathrooms. Gourmet Kitchen with rich cabinetry, granite counters, travertine flooring, luxurious well-appointed bathrooms, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. American Made (North Carolina), top-of-the-line, heirloom furniture throughout, reserved for multi-million dollar homes – this is not rental furniture but our personal furniture. We live in this home throughout the year and rent it only a to a select six to eight families a year when we go on vacation or business that takes us away from Hawaii. So please check with us for flexibility in our dates that we can match to yours.

For those who really desire or need it – the house easily cools with its highly efficient and super cool, split-level air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms and main living area; however, with an abundance of ocean breezes and the many ceiling fans throughout, it is rarely needed or desired. One of the lushest landscaped beach homes in the Ewa Beach area with the fragrance of native Hawaiian plants, trees, and foliage that will surely delight your senses.

Downstairs features a baby grand piano that you are welcome to play should you have piano experience. The living room has a sliding wall that completely opens to the large covered lanai with tropical landscaping and raised herb garden bed ready for your own recipes in the kitchen or to enjoy on the “Giant, Green Egg” BBQ grill (charcoal is required) on the enormous lanai. Large 75” plasma TV in Living Room. There are TV's mounted on the wall in the two downstairs bedrooms; however, they are NOT connected to cable, though you can connect to your laptop.

Walk off the Lanai, past the herb garden, over the lush green lawn, and let the warm white sand dance around your toes as the warm Pacific Ocean beckons you to swim or play. Catch the waves on one of the boogie boards provided, or just swim out and body surf back to the beach. Don’t forget to take time to sunbathe on one of the most beautiful beaches in Hawaii, when you return shower off in the outside shower before drying off and relaxing. You have the option to rent a Surf or Stand-up-Paddle Board or both for a discounted price about 40% cheaper than in town and delivered to our beach house.

This luxury beach home accommodates up to eight guests. We have an enormous amount of personal items for your convenience and use - almost like stepping into your own home. Please note: zoning laws stipulates that eight guests Maximum are allowed to be sleeping on the premises at any time. Personal house rules prohibit outside guests not registered in the rental agreement to be on the property without written permission from the owner. Due to the many features of this beach home, you will receive upon arrival a House Rules and Features List that will provide information on the house and its features to make your stay more enjoyable.

All Hawaii beaches are owned by the State of Hawaii and are always open to the public. Hawaii does not have private beaches - they are ALL public! Keep in mind when you visit some beach-goers may be enjoying the beach and ocean.

For sleeping arrangements, there is a King bed in the master bedroom with top-of-the-line Kingsdown mattresses for what may be one of the most comfortable nights of sleep you will experience. There is one queen bed in the 2nd upstairs bedroom with a wonderful ocean view, and queen beds in the two downstairs bedrooms. For your comfort, each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and with 3 full bathrooms, you are sure to never have to wait in line. Open up the windows and let the ocean breezes and the sound of the soft waves fill your senses throughout the night.

Some of the best beginning surfing on Oahu are found here. You can fish from our beach “slice of heaven” in the backyard, soak up the sun, or have a picnic on one of the two lanais while you watch the beachgoers or waves pounding the shore.

PLEASE NOTE: This beach home is NOT located in a TOURIST area. “Locals” live in the other 21 homes in our little community for a couple of generations. The Locals are very family-oriented and extremely friendly. Crime in the Ewa Beach area is lower than in most other Hawaiian towns and cities, in fact, our little community "rarely" sees theft. However, there is no guarantee that crimes will not take place in the future. It is recommended that you stay vigilant and aware of your surroundings at all times while in Hawaii as criminals specifically targeted tourists - do not have any personal items on display or in view of your rental car while around the island - they could be stolen. While at the beach house ensure all personal items and Beach House items are kept secure and under your watchful eyes. Ensure items are not left in the yard or on the beach unattended at any time.

Do not be fooled by advertisements, which include Beach Access, Beach Right-of-Way, Steps from the Beach, and Across from the Beach – they may not on the beach or in your backyard! Ask for pictures to verify the location of the beach house so you know before you make a reservation. The pictures should be of sufficient quality to see the beach from all angles and in relation to the beach house setting. Our home is a true beach house located on Ewa Beach. Some beaches or bays have low tides that expose the mucky bottom, which smells pretty bad and is not something you will ever want to experience. We have a friend (Mai) that arranges special private family events, meals, and settings either a 1/2 mile down the road on the beach or she will come to our house.

If your intent is to have a party, event, reunion, or get-together with outside guests (anyone not in your group - friends or family living on the island or visiting on the island) - our beach home is not available to you for this purpose. Our contract specifically prohibits these types of activities and our manager (located a few houses away) will require you to vacate the premises should these types of activities be conducted.
