So far it’s been great! We are enjoying this community and all it offers. The houses are nice and cool and very spacious. The beaches are a walk away and my kids love it.

I’m hearing that the hot tub is way too hot The walls are peeling and repairs aren’t being done properly. people are concerned about their utilities being too high, and the lawn and bushes are not being properly taken care of unless possible new tenants are able to see it right away.

This is one of the worst communities we have ever lived in. The maintenance team doesn’t call to schedule an appointment and just shows up, they also can’t seem to communicate with us. They will mark work orders completed when they really aren’t. The management team can’t seem to help the residents as to why they are being over charged. Work orders do not get done in a timely manner or not done at all. I enjoy the sense of security and a sound mind knowing it’s a gated community. I love how peaceful it is here. I enjoy evening walks and jogging in the area.
