Apartment Details:

Studio: 212 sq. ft. – $800/month
Ideal for 1 person, up to 2 persons.

1 Bedroom: 300 sq. ft. – $900/month
For 1 person, up to 3 persons.

2 Bedroom: 441 sq. ft. – $1,200/month
For 4 to 5 persons.

3 Bedroom: 609 sq. ft. – $1,500/month
For 5 to 7 persons.

Basic Qualifications:

Applicant Eligibility: All applicants must be currently experiencing homelessness (either sheltered or unsheltered) prior to residency.

Income Requirements: Applicant's income must not exceed 50% of the HUD Oahu Area Median Income. Rent and deposit must be affordable, and applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay rent and any required fees.

Priority Consideration: Priority will be given to families with children under the age of 18, and households with at least one working member.
