This 730 square foot cottage has central... AC, luxury vinyl plank flooring, caesarstone countertops and vanities, vaulted ceilings, stainless steel appliances, window shades, high-end finishes, a standing seem aluminum metal roof, and covered lanai all in a convenient location close to schools, Kalama Park, restaurants, and shops. Washing Machine and dryer are located in the garage. Stainless steel appliances include refrigerator, electric range, microwave and dishwasher. A one year lease is required. Pets are considered with owner approval and will require pet insurance and a pet deposit equal to half of one month's rent. Landlord covers landscaping service. Tenant is responsible for electricity, water ($100 per month), cable/wifi, trash and pest control. All adults 18+ years old must submit a non-refundable $35 rental application.
