Buildings and parking lot have not been updated since their birth in 1973. Most neighbors are cool. Some live here lease free. Rubbish, chickens, and old appliances are strewn about the parking lot. Stalls are not marked and haven’t been for about 2 years. No remodeling has been done in many apartments yet every year they claim they are doing walk throughs for upcoming rehab projects. Rent money has gone missing, apartments have been known to have ongoing issues with rats and termites as well as... black mold. Lots of talk no action.
