There’s a lot of family related noise across the hall due to young children that are extremely vocal and often try (and sometimes succeed) to escape the apartment and run amok in the hallway. Frustrated parents raise their voice which adds to the noise.

I have never loved any property more! The staff and maintenance are quick to fix any issues and the West Towne Flats are so nice! I would recommend this property to anybody!

Staff is nice and friendly. Neighbors are quiet. Maintenance always fixes any issues or answers any questions. The club house is nice and has free snacks and drinks.
