As a co-signer, I provide all of you need legal documents. You don't trust these documents. Even the IRS documents and bank statements, you charge me a fee to check my credit history, ARE YOU SERIOUS!!!! So, is this the only apartment in AMES? I have lived in IOWA for over ten years and I never heard about an apartment management charging co-signer fees for background checks. Is your company that so poor? Don't live in this apartment. Stay away from them. They will definitely come up with all... kinds of weird reasons to charge you. You will lose a lot of money.

Great place
Kim the manager has excellent communication and is prompt to getting whatever you need done. Great place to live. By far the best apartments I have lived in.

Place to be!
Expenses that one would pay extra at other rentals are included here. During winter time, snow removal is above and beyond anywhere else. Close enough to everywhere one needs to go, but far enough to give the small town feel. Highly recommend to anyone.

I love Wyndsor Terrace.
Wyndsor Terrace has been my home for 5 years now. Could not be happier with this property. Excellent response to any maintenance concerns. Friendly staff always ready to help with any questions you may have. Complex is very quiet and calm. Cyride bus stop very close to property is very convenient. Hy-Vee grocery and gas is in walking distance also.

Feel Like Your Home - the perfect place in Ames
I have been living here since 2017 and never thought of moving into a new apartment since I felt this is like my home. I am living with my family and away from my home country. Yet, the facilities and the support from the landlady (Kim) and support staff made me live here like my home with my family. Their timely maintenance, safety, upgraded units are added advantages and closer to groceries, bus stop—the perfect place for a family, international and local students from ISU.
