Falling Apart
There is a constant turnover of staff, pool closed more than open, dog park deteriorating, windows broken and won't open, not enough handicap parking spaces.

Poor Management, Great Maintenance Team
The current management team is very aggressive and treats tenants poorly. The maintenance is wonderful, very attentive and caring.

Poor Management/Professionalism
Management is constantly turning over. Current management is aggressive to tenants and will try to keep you at property as long as possible.

old apartments
apartments are old but has a great community and office staff. been here 13 years and it hasn't changed much. the new manager actually gets things done.
