Donna is the BEST. She is on site and goes out of her way to take care of any issues. The apartment I rented was perfect, up to date and comfortable. All appliances worked and in great condition. The on site laundry is great. The other renters were nice and looked out for each other. Parking was safe and under surveillance.

I rented a home from Advance property for over two years until I had to move away. From the initial walk thru with the manager, which was a first to clearing was a excellent experience. The maintenance team is great and fixed any issues quickly. Ms Donna the manager and her team are true professionals and I would rent from them again without a second thought. When we were looking for apartments for rent in Bettendorf, Iowa we came across Williamsburg Apartments on our hunt. The manager/landlord was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We fell in love with the area these apartments are located in and also a bonus there was an elementary school close by. Never had a problem with management and maintainence is always a phone call away. So glad we found this place. I would definitely recommend renting from Williamsburg Apartments.
