Laundry facilities are crap and over priced. The dryer takes two cycles to finish drying anything.
Also lost out on our deposit because we couldnt give a full 30 day notice due to a holiday weekend. Left the apartment in great condition and they even had it rented it out before the 1st of the next month yet they still decided to keep our $800 deposit in full.
Neighbors were loud and dogs could be heard barking, a lot of slamming doors from people going in and out all day long.
Would not... reccomend this place for anyone.

Renter Beware!
I would highly recommend to LOOK ELSEWHERE for an apartment. I had numerous inconsistent interactions with the management of this apartment complex. Just to list the highlights: 1) Did not return my rental security deposit within 30 days as required by Iowa statute 2) Did not list damages for taking a portion of my security deposit, also required by law. They listed cleaning charges to prepare the apartment for the next tenant. This isn't damages. They cannot keep your security deposit for... ordinary wear and tear. 3) Never provided a written copy of the lease at signing or a week later when called to request a copy. 4) Failed to return my calls for any matter. It was always on me to call back multiple time to get an answer. 5) Also in regard to the three cleaning charges that they decided should be paid by me, at least one charge was added after the rental property manager filled out his portion of the document they sent me. You can clearly see the whiteout on the document and the property manager admitted on the phone that this charge did not show on his copy of the document. This borders on a little shadiness! 6) They also always tell you that they have to check with "corporate". There is an LLC which is owned by three people. There is no corporate headquarters, just an address at the same apartment complex. So corporate is the managing partner sitting at the kitchen table. This corporate "schtick" gave me some trepidation when I first talked to the apartment back in April. However it is really difficult to find a furnished short term lease (I'm here for temporary work). My advice is renter beware!

Love living at Stonegate
New very nice apartments close to everything you need. Really enjoy the pond and waking trails.
