Enjoy the shade of two beautiful mature twin oak trees in the back yard, while lounging in the chair hammock or chair swing. Outdoor seating for 8 provided for grill outs and evenings with s'mores by the fire pit.
Fragrant florals are displayed in the floral gardens throughout the spring, summer and fall including many rose bushes, mums, dwarf lilac, a magnolia, sugar maple and other fragrant perennials.

Nature lovers will enjoy easy access to our communities wonderful trails and lakes for biking and other summer activities, winter snow shoeing or cross country skiing. Entrance to the trails are just a block away as is the biological preserve, the lakes are also in close proximity.

Three blocks to the West is Seerley Park, a fantastic space for frisbee, featuring a playground , shelter rentals for larger outdoor get togethers. One block West, the Hearst Center for the Arts hosts art classes, poetry readings and movie nights. Hit the nightlife the live performances at Gallagher Bluedorn Performing Arts Center, just blocks away!!

Dining out and a leisurely stroll are favorable in this quaint town.
When bicycling or walking to the College Hill, you can enjoy yoga classes, coffee shops, bakery, fresh wraps or stock up on groceries at a local ethnic grocer, or Farmers Market.

For warm weather fun, two blocks away, the Falls Aquatic Center is available with slides and the lazy river, or Lost Island Water Park, is a short 12 mile drive. Pheasant Ridge Golf course is close proximity as is miniature golf at Palmer's Family fun.

Winter offers indoor ice skating and hockey games and great artwork at Waterloo Center for the Arts.
