Do not rent here. The buildings are falling apart, very old. You will hear every single step from your neighbors. Try to talk to residents before you move here.

This place is a joke to rent from. I was suppose to move into a newly renovated apartment but they didn’t realize someone else had already put a deposit down on it….it was a constant run around and could not get ahold of anyone at the office!! I put a deposit down to hold an apartment but due to not knowing a move in date and needing a place to live I found a place elsewhere. My just out of college child didn't meet the income requires yet as they have yet to land their first "real" job so I was going to co-sign. Even after both of us showed proof of savings accounts with balances well able to cover any rent shortfall AND offering an additional deposit equal to 6 months rent they wouldn't rent to my kid unless I provided my tax return. The bank doesn't ask for that much detail for a mortgage!! This kid has had a job since 14 and has a credit score of 760. My credit... score is 830, we own our home and have no debt except for a credit card balance that is paid off monthly. I hope they enjoy the $50 application fee they got from both of us.
