Incredible Historic Character - Downtown Living At It's Best!
The Historic Crescent Warehouse District in downtown Davenport once anchored the city's thriving industrial trade along the Mississippi River, including several paper manufacturers, a macaroni factory and an ironworks. With the decline of industrialization in the mid-to-late 20th century, many buildings in the Crescent Warehouse District were vacated, a symbol of an economy that had passed.
In 2003, 4th Street, 5th Street, Kerker, Waterloo and Davenport Lofts underwent full restoration with the ultimate goal of riverfront revitalization and renewed economic prosperity for the district. This thorough and creative historic preservation creates stunning modern living that is the Crescent Lofts community.

Poor management. Bad neighbors. If you are over the age of 25 you aren't going to like it here. Many issues with garage. No cameras meaning if something happens to your property no one is held responsible. Worst management I've experienced. Would not recommend to single female or friends.

Don't Bother
Just don't bother, especially if you can afford it and if you're a good tenant. Poor management and units are never available.

Great apartments near downtown Davenport
Crescent Lofts really can’t be beat if you’re looking for modern, well taken care of apartments within walking distance of downtown Davenport. The interior and all of the appliances are within a few years old, and my unit was pretty much spotless when we walked in. The historic buildings also give the apartments a cool unique look. Despite the high-quality living space, they are still very affordable.

Cool old buildings
Cool old buildings with affordable prices in the east end of downtown. Walking distance to plenty of restaurants and bars. Great location. Great neighbors. More maintenance staff would be helpful.
