This place was a terrible place to live the management was extremely rude. The parking is a complete joke not nearly enough spaces for all three buildings. The “remodel” they did was very subpar they basically painted everything white. For the most part it’s the management you are unable to contact them and when you do they are extremely unprofessional and rude.

The units are cute, lots of character w/ hardwood floors, black window frames, updated kitchens, quiet, well maintained hallways.
Maintenance man, Kevin, is awesome, will take care of any issues or concerns promptly. Is reachable via phone or text at all hours. Very kind and friendly. Plows the parking lot early on snowy mornings.
However the management side is poor. Have had 3 property managers in 1 yrs. You will lose heat in the winter (minisplit AC/heat units) and management has no concern... to get it fixed quickly, will take weeks and not respond to inquiries. The parking lot is a disaster, double parking, blocked in spaces, not enough spaces for number of units. Packages will be stolen from the mailroom. Empty promises of a call system at entrances, cameras in mailroom, parking enforcement.
From a safety standpoint, there is no sprinkler system. Also, the property is not handicap accessible as 2 of 3 buildings have no elevator.

I'll start with the pros
-maintenace man is Kevin and he is helpful and courteous
-units are cute(not perfect, but have character)
-in unit washer and dryer
-good location
The cons...
-The property manager is the most unresponsive, condescending, and uncaring landlord I've ever had
-there are more units than parking spaces and the parking lot has become dangerous to navigate
-only one building has an elevator and the entry system is very basic. To allow people into your building you have to go... down and physically open the door for them
-you cannot receive packages to your doorstep most of the time because most of the carrier services do not have access to the buildings
-a lot of the community features still seem unfinished and there has been zero communication from the property manager as to when they will be finished or the status of the areas
-They allow dogs and have zero dog waste stations outside of the tiny dog area so there is literally dog poop everywhere
-the interior of the building doesn't get cleaned very often and when it does it's usually just vacuumed
-my unit is missing a bedroom door and door knobs and I was told upon moving in that they would be installed and I've lived here 6 months and still don't have them even after contacting management multiple times(Kevin did try to help with the door knobs)
-the kitchen has no drawers
-no ventilation in the bathrooms. It looks like there is a fan in the ceiling, but there isn't one
-windows are extremely drafty and utility bill is outrageously high

Way overpriced. The renovations are not that good compared to other apartments. Not enough parking for everyone that lives there. Better off to go somewhere else.
