I’ve had a great experience living in this apartment community! The management team is responsive and always helpful with any questions or maintenance requests. The amenities are well-maintained, and the common areas are always clean and inviting. The location is convenient, with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The apartment itself is spacious, with modern finishes and great natural lighting. It truly feels like home. It has been good so far. i like how the gym is 24/7 access. I wish that the sauna had later hours though. I love the study spaces, they are very useful.

Based on resident feedback, we recently adjusted the sauna hours from 9 AM - 10 PM to 6 AM - 10 PM to provide more flexibility. However, we do... prefer to close it at 10 PM out of respect for residents whose units face the courtyard, ensuring a peaceful living environment. We appreciate your input and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for everyone at The Hive!

I have enjoyed my time at the hive. I’ve felt comfortable and safe which is something that I look for in an apartment. I am a transfer student and this is my first year at Iowa. The proximity and amenities at the hive has made my transition great.
