The Hive has great amenities, and the workers are very friendly! There are many fun activities going on at all times. I love hanging out in the courtyard- the cleaning services are always on point

Staff is always so supportive and helpful! I stop by a couple times a week so they can cuddle my puppy Pumpkin. Pumpkin enjoys this time and jumps up and gives kisses to everyone.

I truly love it here. I love getting to have my own space and my own individual lease. As well as everything the hive has to offer. Even as a student touring, the hive has everything to offer.

It can get pretty loud, and it’s expensive to live here, but for the most part, you’re getting what you’re paying for. They give you everything you need and you’re relatively close to downtown.
