We've been renting from this company for close to two years now. I don't think it's extreme to say that they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. When we first moved in there were several cleaning and maintenance things we were promised would be taken care of. Such as tar streaks on the wall from the previous tenant, carpets needing to be vacuumed. Blinds needing to be replaced, a leak in the bathroom ceiling that was causing mold to spread. And a 4-foot hole in the driveway. The... only thing they've ever taken care of with the leak. Several times in fact because no one seems to be able to fix it correctly. Over the course of a two-month period our hot water heater went out 5 times. The oven refrigerator kitchen cupboards and a bathroom we never cleaned before we moved in the way we were told they would be. I found that trying to get anyone from their office to give you a call back is a nightmare. The only one for the entire company that seems to care about the tenants at all is Ivy but when it comes right down to it her bosses don't seem to give her a whole lot of power to get anything done.
We had been given verbal confirmation multiple times that maintenance was going to come and fix things and never have.
Other tenants in the building have also had their air conditioners broken throughout the summer without anyone fixing them and the front door to the building itself was broken for the first year we lived here, letting anyone off the street in and out of the building.
