could be better had to call 4 times to get someone to come fix my kitchen sink, had 3 different maintenance guys come and it’s still not completely fixed, a lot of things in our apartment are breaking or falling apart, would be nice to get everything fixed for the price we pay for the apartment, quality is lower than expected

Rent somewhere else
-Mgmt changes often (new ones don't know what old ones told you) -Nothing is to be placed on front decks,which are selling feature to rent -They locked up back porch closets so we couldn't use them and reduced storage -AC units are over 20 yrs old, and parts can't be purchased anymore. They won't consider new ones. -Property can get messy with maintenance not picking up trash -Stove and dishwashers are so old they look and work terribly -SMALLEST kitchen in a rental possible -Worst attitude in... office, and has been for the two years I lived there
