There is a laundry room with a private Washer and Dryer available as well.

After a day of exploring the river, unwind in style with a 70-inch TV in the living room, a TV in the primary bedroom, and another in the den equipped with a PlayStation 3. We have a selection of games available for all ages. With a two-car garage, you'll never have to scrape snow off your vehicle during the winter months!

Step outside to discover a delightful backyard featuring a firepit, hammocks, swinging benches, a table and chairs, and a charming little garden. The gate leads to a nearby grassy area with basketball and volleyball courts, perfect for some outdoor fun. We also have 3 bicycles available for use!

We offer mid term leases with 3 month terms. All utilities included, but if you want to bring fido along there is a non-refundable pet deposit of 350. We also require a credit/background check.
