No parking, loud neighbors, dogs barking all day and well as their owners not picking up their poop. The no parking is the worst- you have to park down the road in front of houses to find a spot past 7 pm some nights

Not impressed
Honestly, parking is a nightmare and management isn’t doing anything about it. They have said there is not enough spots per apartment. The apartment is good, noisy neighbors and would suggest to go third level since you can hear everything.

They are nice apartments, but you can definitely tell they were built super fast. There’s cracks in the walls all over, cupboard doors are not level so you have to loosen the screws to fit your finger in to open them. I would definitely recommend getting a garage for an additional $125 a month because there is NEVER any parking after 8-9pm at night most of the time. Also the construction has been going on the entire year of our lease and they start before 8am and are very noisy. Staff is super... nice in the office. Wish the gym was open 24hours like they said it would be (even if it was open like 5-9pm that would be nice, currently only open during office hours) if your notice your dryer not drying clothes within an hour they may have left the cover on the roof on, that happened to us so we spent hours drying clothes, but they forgot to take the cover off. Also maintenance is good about fixing stuff even minor scrapes on walls.

A Great Start
Other than the construction work in the morning/afternoon(I would honestly give the review a 4.5 out of 5 if I could), Crown Pointe has definitely been a great start. Kelsie was very responsive and accommodating when assisting me with the application process, and was prompt in answering the many questions I had; the construction workers are friendly and are willing to assist when asked questions; The unit I am staying inside and out is very nice, and it is already feeling like home. It's... very quiet and peaceful in the evenings, which is definitely appreciated. I wanted to share these words if only because of the great experience I have had here so far

Not a good start
If waking up local residents who already live in Crown Pointe is the goal of Rudeen development, nails, screws, and scraps left in the roadway, then great job!! Seeing how fast this has been thrown together also signals a serious lack of quality in their product. To those moving in, imagine how they will manage the property.
