NEW OWNERS ARE TERRIBLE

Would give zero stars if I could. New owners have been "renovating" the office for two straight months now so not able to go in. Will not return any calls or emails. Unable to talk to anyone regarding maintenance or questions for office staff. They're trying to increase rent almost double, and have tried to add late fees to my own, and other tenants rent multiple times when we've paid on time/early. Used to be a great complex at great prices but now...Not that you would be able to contact anyone... anyways, but if this is your only option left for moving in, I'd still recommend elsewhere.

the real cheese.

At first glance seems well kept with a community type feel, upon moving in found that there was no community area....eg...BBQ pitts, playground for kids and the grass that is here, when mowed, can't even be occupied on a sunny day on a towel.(it's even in the lease) garages are great to think about for keeping busy on hobbies or projects through the long winters till you realize there is no power run to them. A little extra closet off the porch is nice for freezer and storage with plug and light... . Small porch but no charcoal, just propane. Owners are willing to change things but I don't think management is conveying the proper picture. Changes to parking recently have been towards the worst, even despite multiple tenants suggesting the proper fix. I think management's paycheck reflects how much they were able to save the owner then bid outside work scope jobs for cash with underpaid help. Ie....repairing a grounds lawn mower that is nickle and diming instead of buying a good one and getting the job done right. Tenant to tenant ptoblems..... ie noise makers....are delt with on a very lax, "keep complaining," policy. Basically paying your rent on time for four years, watching out for your decent neighbors,and minding your own peas and ques is not looked at as good business. The managers are good but stuck against a wall of profit versus cost with owners that want proceeds not long term tenants.
