It is a very nice and safe place to live, the amenities are outstanding and provide an excellent point of view for residents and visitors. In general, requests are resolved quickly and activities are carried out to interact with the community.

Do NOT move here!!!
The property is on a decline. Communication is poor. The staff acts like they are interested in your concerns however a follow up is only given once demanded. Buildings are not secure; the safety of residents are not put first here. It took an entire year for Lumen to open the Pet Spa. No notifications, no updates, just a paper sign on the door. Any events held by management are poorly organized. There is never enough food or supplies for residents. Police activity on property is never reported... to the residents. The management and maintenance staff has changed without any notice to the residents.

Excellent place to stay with a resort-like living experience. The leasing office management and staff are professional, courteous and ensure any issues or concerns are promptly addressed. The building and apartment layout are spacious and modern that make you smile each time you enter the place.
Atlantic Realty has done a great job in building quality apartments and redefining apartment living in the suburbs.
