Nothing but issues since day 1. Was slated to move first thing in morning(8am). Didn’t hear anything until 2pm on my move in day after paying $700 in fees and deposits. 3 weeks in water main breaks and no water. 2 weeks following that my A/C breaks and I don’t hear from maintenance until 3days later. Couldn’t even live in the unit because it was 88degrees inside. Finally with no warning my rent increases by $80 for “WiFi” even though I had a contract through a 3rd party. Good luck if you move on to Sierra dr. There wasn't a single night I wasn't awoken by music or yelling or just any sound outside/in the complex. God help you if you move in on the street. No such thing as quiet even if you submit noise complaints.
