I lived here 9 years now. While I could live anywhere, the amenities here are many from location to service. The Management and staff are friendly and maintenance always responds quickly to any concern. Can walk to train to get to city for work or leisure. There are wonderful summer concerts in the park right across the street in summer, can go literally downstairs and out the door and get food from two great eateries. Close for travel near ORD but you don’t feel it! Great for aviation geeks... if you have a back view. And I love my outdoor balcony space make high rise living so much better. This town while close to the big city and travel has a cute secluded suburban feel. I travel for a living and love that the office staff works with deliveries and packages are safely waiting for me upon my return. Darling town minutes to downtown Elmhurst which is super upscale and adorable as well. Super Clean building and cute apartments. A safe, clean building in a really cute family town.

Unpleasant Experience
Their policy is office staff do not show apartment in person. Applicants will need to go into the property and seeing unit all by themselves, basically showing themselves the property and the unit. Office hour said 6 pm, but you might want to call to confirm, because they may close early. There is $50 paperwork fee for reschedule the move in date even if you just paid the application fee three days ago, manager said the office still keep records in paper, they need to redo all paper work. They... eventually waive the fee after I called in and question the fee is not reasonable. They don't do appointment at noon, but they set the noon appointment with me, yet called in three weeks later, one day before signing date and told me to reschedule. Their early termination buyout policy is 3 moths rent penalty regardless how early is the notification day is. Some apartments would usually charge 2 months rent with 45 to 60 days prior notice, some will even offer sublease help. I was not noticed about this buyout policy by any office staff until the last minutes when I went signing the lease. I could not complete signing the lease with the entire unpleasant experience and this buyout policy. And they did not refund me the $600 security deposit I submitted 3 weeks ago even though there is no signed lease agreement and I did not move into the apartment.

Great Location
We lived at Linden Towers for four years (2013-2017). We only moved because of work. Would definitely recommend :) ,
We chose it because it was right by the Metra station, but luckily it turns out Bensenville is a great town, and we had lovely neighbors. Netty, who does maintenance, is very kind and quick to respond to issues.

Very nice place
I have been living there for a while now and I must say I am very satisfied. They do a good job and are ver prompt in dealing with maintenance and they take good care of their tenants. Since the metro train that passes in front has finally stopped blowing its horn, it is back to being a quiet neighborhood. There are lots of activities nearby thanks to the city and it is very easy to travel to and from Chicago. I really enjoy living here.
