Cars frequently get stolen from the lot, and once someone’s entire apartment was broken into and cleared out. Constant gunshots from the complex next door. I didn’t even have time to think about the excessive noise and poor quality of the apartments themselves— I was too busy making sure my door was locked. And after being aware of all this, the owner still increased rent by a whopping 20% for the next year. Do yourself a favor and look for a different place. There are nicer and safer units in... the same price range, elsewhere.

Dirty
Don’t fall for the “newly remodeled” scheme the place is gross. When we moved in there was dirt and trash from the renovation. When they redid the siding they left nails and old siding on ours and all our neighbors decks. The parking lot was covered in nails too. The entire place is littered with trash all the time and the dumpsters are over flowing with trash and furniture. On top of it their are birds living in the ceiling of the hallways.

Could be worse
You can tell everything is done cheap and fast. Example absolutely no light fixtures in the entire place so you better have lamps and the one ceiling fan/light we have is installed so poorly it swings around when our upstairs neighbors walk around. When we moved in there was dust from the renovation everywhere in the cabinets and drawers, floor, walls, I mean everywhere. They didn’t even bother to try and clean it. It’s super noisy you can hear everything your upstairs and downstairs neighbors... are doing. When you call the property manager he never answers and takes forever to get back to you. Internet works but is slow. In the winter time it is freezing due to old poorly sealed windows creating a draft. IMO too expensive for what it is.
